Read your blog Joni. I've been doing morning w/o's for about 5-6 yrs now. It took some getting used to, but now I actually look forward to getting up early to hit the gym. And we folks in the 40+ club have to show the youngsters that we're still kicking, and it's NOT all downhill....... :)

Ja, it sucks when your work intefere's with your training, but such is life. Well, I just had my frist session today after the 2 week lay-off and it went great. I actually joined the local gym for a change and also incorporates a lot of swimming in my training now as well. Have a GREAT relaxing day! G.

Joni, soooo god to hear from you. Family is doing great. We're not really Halloween fans this side. Training has been disrupted by a BAD stomach bug the past two weeks, but should be back on Monday if God's will. How are u doing? G.
