It all started in 08 when I joined the Volounteer Emergency Response Team at the mine where I work. I relised how unfit I was and how big I had become, weighing in at 125kg. I successfully quit smoking in July 08 and started reading magazines like M&F and Men's Health. These gave me some basic knowledge and kick started my new healthier life style. Why I Love It:
I love going to the gym and knowing that everyone is there for the smae thing, people just have different goals.
I love having a hard session and getting pumped see new veins bulge under duress from heavy lifts. \m/
How I Stay Motivated:
Over 12 a month period of up's and down's left's and rights. I have managed to shread 30kg's. I now sit at 95kg's most days :p.
BB Accomplishments:
-Shreading 30kg's of fat..
-Blacking out after a set of hard deadlifts!
I watched Pumping Iron that weekend and went to the gym with too much motivation and no nutrition in the tank. Fainted after my second set and split my head open on the weight stack..
