Pacaveli27 Actually, I haven't dropped anything this year technically. After dropping all of myw eight I dropped a lot of strength too so I went on a little mini bulk and put about 30 pounds back on. Some of it was obviously fat unfortunate;y, but I packed on a lot of muscle as well and my strength is back up too. I just recently started cutting weight again so I'll keep ya posted! velvet5900 Welcome to the Summer Shred Jonathan!! I'll see you up in there!! I'm going hard with this challenge. I'm not even playing lol... It's my 2nd week and I'm down 10lbs. 100% clean eating (except yesterday, I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast lol....) but besides that, I've been 100%!! Let's go man!! velvet5900 That's awesome u met up with Presto! He's doing a great job! I can't wait to see u reach those Beastly goals! I'm sure you'll reach your bf percentage goal. As I told myself, the stage isn't going anywhere. I'm just going to take my time and get my body right. Since I moved, I'm in N. Carolina now, I haven't been eating very strict, but I'm getting back at it, because I want to get back down to where I was. I'm about 140 now, but look smaller... isn't that crazy!!
