I have always been fairly athletic, however, I fell into a rut and lost all of the gains that I worked so hard to accomplish. I finally decided to take my health and fitness back!

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Short and simple for now (while I'm bulking.) 1.5 miles (timed) twice per week.

Thx for the encouragement, Looks like u'v come along way also, looking good (no homo). I'v seen muscle milk discussed quite a bit but im just happy with my whey protein atm. Keep me up 2 date with ur progress. Cheers

I have tried some of the Muscle Milk products. Great taste!!! I think I might pick up a jug next week. Thanks for the advice! It looks like you have made some real good progress with it, so I'll give it a try.

If you want to gain muscle do it the right way. Pick your body parts and workout the entire range of it. Chest needs flat, incline, decline, flys..... Let me know if you want some help writing out a workout for better gains.
