I have tried some of the Muscle Milk products. Great taste!!! I think I might pick up a jug next week. Thanks for the advice! It looks like you have made some real good progress with it, so I'll give it a try.
If you want to gain muscle do it the right way. Pick your body parts and workout the entire range of it. Chest needs flat, incline, decline, flys..... Let me know if you want some help writing out a workout for better gains.
