What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I tried to eat a high protein low carb diet most of the time. I eat my largest meal at lunch and a light dinner. After reading articles here I have recently added a small breakfast of yogurt, oatmeal, or a hard boiled egg. I use South Beach Protein bars for a snack in the afternoon after I work out. I stopped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! I want to compliment you on your dedication, determination and achievement. You are a fantastic example of what can be done when someone decides to get it done and a great inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.

Melanie! You have done fantastic work, and no one can ever deny how far you have come!!! With your positive attitude and solid work ethic you will certainly get that 6-pack you have been working for.
I hear ya. I'm an uncertified geek and own my own business. I've encountered MCSE instructors who didn't understand the basics of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing. I think the whole certification thing is a waste of time and paper... but I suppose it's a start.
