What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I tried to eat a high protein low carb diet most of the time. I eat my largest meal at lunch and a light dinner. After reading articles here I have recently added a small breakfast of yogurt, oatmeal, or a hard boiled egg. I use South Beach Protein bars for a snack in the afternoon after I work out. I do drink lots of water and will only drink a coke if I eat pizza which isn't often. I still love coffee but I am trying to cut it back to only two cups a day - one at home -one at the office.I tried to eat a high protein low carb diet most of the time. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
As some of you read last week I lost my job of six years, the job that brought me to Alabama. Not only was I let go but so was my husband. I did feel is was harsh to let both of us go but besides that I am very thankful not to be working there anymore...more than thankful. I can't...
I do my weightlifting at the gym and use P90X for various cardio routines. I've thought about getting Insanity to add some fresh routines. Is it true that there are NO weights or bands used on any of the DVD's? Is it really just my bodyweight? If so that would give me 12 new workouts!
Wow! Your insane, lol! It looks like it paid off though, your progress pics are amazing. I want to add weight sessions into my program and I was thinking of doing that in the evening. Espcecially since we are already doing Insanity in the morning. Thanks for the info.
I stopped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! I want to compliment you on your dedication, determination and achievement. You are a fantastic example of what can be done when someone decides to get it done and a great inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
I'm not a big fan of these fat burner pills or anything else like that for that matter. Just not natural, you know? So, if you take them what happens when you stop taking them?
