I got started because I wanted to be active.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being sore. I like the compliments I get and the progress I see.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is a stress relief. It gives me time to myself for an hour a day. The gains in my lifts from week to week keep me very motivated.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
none, my chest hasent grown in awhile so im experimenting now. I have seen growth using dumbbells...flat DB, incline DB, and incline DB flies...
What back workout has worked best for you?
A lot of pull ups...a lot row exercises...and wide-grip pulldowns

Oh wow, i havent updated that in a long time. The bolivar fitness center closed about 2.5 years ago. I am just lazy an didnt change it.
