Thanks for encouragement. Dieting is the hardest part for the mid section. I'm trying not to loose too much lean mass but still keep up the cardio with a low carb diet. I'll get there....eventually.

hey, thanks for the comments.. I accually have a competition coming up in a week from this saturday.. NPC Junior Cal in Pasedina City College California.. Im going to be doing the novice lightweight at 165 lbs and the teenage openweight classes.. so wish me luck.. Im going to be posting pics as the days get closer :)
