Ive always wanted to belong to a gym and really start workin out. then my mom surprised me one day by signing me up....lovin' it ever since, 5-6 days a week baby!!!
Why I Love It:
i love how you have to be dedicated and passionate about it to really achieve your goals. When you hit the weights its you and you only. oh, and looking good isnt bad either
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing the changes week by week is so motivating. I loving seeing myself getting closer and closer to my goals
