My new short term goal is to hit 180-185lbs, 10%-12 BF. My long term goal is 200-210lbs, 10% BF. I want to be half the size of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was around 19 years old.
To stay motivated and keep training hard and follow my training program. Eventually i want to compete in Fitness/Bikini model competitions or in figure.
I want to gain muscle and lose fat. I've been on the bench from weightlifting for nearly 2 years now due to injury, and I'm ready to get back into the game!
