I don't know, I thought hey I don't want to be another fat American. I want to be different and I'll prove it to the world and everybody I know that I can become really buff and yet look good and have fun while I'm at it.
Why I Love It:
It is self empowering. It gives me a good attitude throughout the day. Makes me happy when I'm stressed. Mood booster and image booster. Self confidence has gone way high because of my physical feature and that I workout. Sorry if I don't phrase my sentences right, it's late and I'm tired.
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines, other people, pictures, all that good stuff. By the way, leave me a motivation quote or just let me know how you think I'm doing. Constructive criticism I can handle. :)
BB Accomplishments:
In August of 05 I benched over 200lbs. for 10 reps.

Change things up. Fine tuning training is very much done by trial and error. Every body is different, so make a change and stick with it for a few months. See what the effect is. :) Best of luck with that! Oh, and make sure you EAT.
