I'm going to restart this page from my progress beginning of January...I have been on and off weights for a while. New purchase of home gym means I want to start this site again and go from there.
Its time to really focus now. Goal is to get the body i'm made for. Ive lost the fat and weight, now time to build.
Goal (Long):
Through eating properly and strictly, taking the right supplements, sleeping at the right times and working out hard my goal is to get the body i have always desired. The home gym set up I have is a great motivator, and there will be now no excuses not to go to the gym.
I would like to lose about another stone in weight, and get down to about 12 and a half stone. Be firm, lean and fit. This is my first step, lose the weight slowly over a period of time. The Creatine i am taking might counter this for a short while, but ill be losing massive amounts of weight in fat in conjunction with the Lipo - 6 and cardio routines.

dnt usually need motivation, as soon as i see the gym im raring to go....put on some loud music and sorted.

ppl dont really care or understand. i focus on myself and get on with it in my own world. let them be the ones who ask if i work out not me telling them.
