I have just completed 2 months of light weight high rep lifting and maintained my weight from two months ago at 190. Now i want to blast my entire body and start taking supplements again. Current goals are to weigh 205 and bench 350 before the end of January. And of course stay healthy and injury free.

Hi Jon, just noticed your new stats posted on bodyspace. Your weight chart looks about like mine (a yo-yo). Oh well, it's the overall progress we want, and you look great! Lifting stats are very nice as well. Take care, and good luck with your current goal.
