What calf workout has worked best for you?
when I figure this out i'll clue u all in. My calves blow, but seem to react best to endurance training more than weight training

I've always loved weighted dips or tricep extensions

For overall mass I like barbell curls, but for peaking nothing beats isolated preacher dumbbell curls
