Tuesday: Rest N food prep
Wednesday: Back/30 min spinning moderate pace
Thursday: Chest, abs, 30 min spinning moderate pace
Saturday: Arms, abs, 30 min spinning moderate pace
Sunday: Shoulders, 30 min spinning moderate pace

Eliminating anything processed from my diet is the goal this year.
Lean protein, veggies N clean carbs. Relying on whole foods to achieve the physique I want. Only supps I take is whey b4 and after gym sessions. Previous years I stalled in progress due to low quantities of clean foods this year Im focusing on increasing the amounts of food I intake in order to have enough cals to allow growth to take place. Im giving my diet the attention it so desperately needed. Bring on THE MASS!
