When I Started:
May, 2008
How I Started:
I started body building/working out because of a muscular cousin (Steffano P.) who at the time was a big inspiration to me. I told him I wanted to become muscular/fit like him and he helped me get started/motivated. We worked out together as training partners over the years and got great muscular results/gains. Due to life circumstances over the past few years, I eventually stopped training and my physique/appearance paid the price. Now is the time for me to take control again and begin my new fitness journey. (Body Building)
Why I Love It:
Simply because it makes me feel really good, gives me confidence and I love the feeling of a good pump after a hard workout session. I leave nothing on the table.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always stay focused on my goals and achieving them. The reward is well worth the effort. Also, I get inspiration by looking at the transformation results of others. Which is why I joined this Web site, very informative and great motivation!
