Saturday (Weekend is Here)

I woke up ay my usual time today (around 4am). I worked out for approx 1 1/2 hrs (full body workout and then rode my stationary bike for six miles (21 minutes). Finished it off with some stretching and ab work. It is 8am and am already looking forward to a nap.

Cardio day today. I woke up at my normal time of 430am and had a cup of coffee, banana and whey shake. For a warm up, I went for a little run (approx 1/2 mile or so) then rode my stationary bike ten miles. Then I took my dog for a walk. The weather is still pretty cold, however there was no snow on the roads this morning. Sidewalks are still covered. I made it home from my walk as my son was waking up. We are planning on going to an indoor water park in April, so my son asks each morning if we are going. I probably should not have told him about our trip until it got a little closer. He does n...

Woke up this morning at 430 and did some light stretching. I have Piriformis Syndrome so I have to stretch the Piriformis a few times a day or it flares up. It has been bothering me since Novemeber. I guess with age comes aches and pains. I consumed Assault approx 30 minutes before my full body workout this morning. I normally do not eat before I workout. When I do eat prior I feel more lethargic than normal. I like to get my workout in before my son wakes up so I really do not have the time to eat beforehand. He wakes up anywhere between 6am and 7am. My guess is that you are the leanest guy there; you have the best build, with the least amount of body fat. This means you are a good motivater and a GREAT EXAMPLE for your co-workers to follow. steve1811 Your pictures are looking really good buddy. You are representing us short guys in a great way. You have alot of solid muscle development. I'm standing 5'3", so I can relate to what you said about being a short guy. I working towards adding muscle size, while looking to get light and lean. It looks like you have made serious progress.
