How I Started:
Have always worked out since a teenager but off and on.Like one year off ,one year on. Finally in 2006 I stopped working out in the feild of construction and into the office which allowed me to have the energy to workout at the end of the day and stay on a consistent meal plan.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump you get and feeling sore,knowing you worked it right. And of course seeing gains in physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing gains in strength or muscle mass. Also when my girlfriend is prepping to do her figure shows.
BB Accomplishments:
Increasing my body weight 30lbs in 2 1/2 years

Usaully 8-10 I like that range

Oh, i was there for a while. I think doing legs with people around april really helped switch it up for me. Any good gains?

my workout is going okay...I bought some resistance bands and I have been using those all the time (they are really convenient to use)and I have committed to eating better. So with the few changes I guess we will see the results in a few weeks...Keep in touch, L8r
