I was a fit kid growing up with horses but I needed to strengthen my back so it wouldn't be so sore from work and high repetition. I wanted to stay healthy and able to lift heavy things. I didn't ever want to be one of those wives that got all sloppy.
Why I Love It:
I love the look of muscles and the "Mental High" you get from working out. I feel more energetic, and i don't hurt myself at work either.
How I Stay Motivated:
I surround myself with people who want to work out and rely on me to keep them honest and clean, and in return they obligate me to get my butt out of bed at 5am and to be a better example because they look up to me.
BB Accomplishments:
I guess being finally able to chest press and oly with 17kg total with arthritis in my wrists and my right elbow being quite bad is quite a good acomplishment for me.

I would like to look like a figure competitor off season.
Goal (Long):
I want to add muscle over all and tone my thicker areas, like my legs so that i'm not bottom heavy. I want to be able to lift heavier weights, espesually on the bench press, my goal is to lift 3-10 of 20kg. I want wicked arms! I want legs that come out at the thigh, and i would like to see if i could get ab definition.
