Background
I've always worked out on and off since my teens,but never stayed with it hard core.Recently I decided I needed a life style change and so far I have remained committed.
I am a type 1 diabetic and turned to body building as a tool to help maintain it's control.I've become a little out of shape and so far since I've gotten back into working out I feel 100% better,and I am starting to see my body change.So far I am pleased with my progress.I enjoy seeing what my limitationa are and then focusing on breaking through them.
