How I Started:
I grew up during a time of the 80's with many influential movies that featured Arnold, Stallone, even guys like Jean-Claude and Steven Seagal that led the way of wanting to be strong and the hero. I did my fair share of sports during Adolescent-Teenage years which desired some use of weight training, but it wasn't until my early 20's that I really started to get into the iron game, which I have been doing since.
Why I Love It:
My passion for the iron runs pretty deep within my veins. Its not just about lifting the weights, its the feel of the barbell, the clanking of the dumbells, the chalk powder floating in the air, the sound of 45lb plates slammed together as a symphony only an iron warrior in the gym can enjoy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Its just what I do, staying motivated to take time off from the gym is harder!
