Hey Justin, sorry for the late reply (3 months later), I obviously never get on this thing anymore since I've been out of commission. I'm finally back to training after being out since March 2008, has been horrible. Using girl weights so far but it feels good. Can't believe the progress you've made in just a couple years. Hope all is well with you bud.

I can understand being frustrated but taking it out on other people isn't going to fix anything. Apology accepted, you've just got to change your mindset. It's nice that guys are trying to help you, but I see a lot of bad and confusing advice. Drop me a PM with your diet/training and I'd be happy to offer my input.

Thanks man (sorry for the delayed reply). I thought you were about half your age from the pic before I saw how old you were, great work!

You too man, thanks! Cool to see someone who's actually an athlete aside from having a great physique- a rarity in bodybuilding these days.

Thanks for the motivating words brother! The comeback is going slowly but surely. Size is coming back fast, strength and recovery ability are still way down but that's to be expected. Keep tearin' it up yourself, sounds like you've definitely got the right mindset to go far!

So because you're a flabby 120lb douche you feel the need to leave a dickhead comment to a total stranger? With that attitude and extreme insecurity you'll be sure to get nowhere (as I see you're already doing a great job of). I've been training for 12 years and I’m not on jack shit, but I know it’s easier on your fragile ego to assume that. Do you even lift? I was bigger, leaner, and stronger than you when I was 14- must've been juicing, huh? Perhaps knitting is more up your alley?

Appreciate it brother, looks like you're well on your way yourself. Impressive for only training since July '06.

Appreciate the kind words man! Looking great yourself. Huge for 168, I would've thought you were already 190+ from the photos.

Hey bud! Can't believe the improvements you've made since the last time I checked your profile (probably over a year ago). I've been out of commission for the past 6-7 months due to a condition with my adrenal glands so no progress here, but have held onto most of my size. Will be back at it soon though. Competing again anytime soon?

Thank you. :) You look awesome, especially considering you've had children. I've never given birth so I have it easy!

By over-the-counter I mean whey protein, creatine, etc. Just food for now. But I have tried pro-hormones in the past, some of which were more toxic than the real thing. Helped a bit but definitely nothing drastic that I couldn't have achieved without them. Guys that you hear making huge gains from ph’s or steroids have no business touching the stuff in the 1st place. They’re meant to be a “supplement” for guys who are already at a very high level of development, not be the foundation.

That remains to be seen. I'm still progressing with nothing but food currently, haven't even taken anything over-the-counter for a while now. Just scary all the crap guys have access to on the net now, I'm glad I was forced to do everything the right way when I was starting out. I mean once you’ve taken all this shit at a young age, where do you go from there? You're a good example to guys your age how much progress you can make from eating right and training hard.

Thanks a lot man, looking thick. I actually don't even train shoulders that often. They're a genetically strong body part for me that tend to overpower everything else. But I would suggest putting all of your energy into compound pressing movements like standing militaries or the clean and press. Try getting progressively stronger on big movements like that - those will give you bigger delts than something like dumbbell laterals any day. I personally don’t do any isolation exercises.

Arms are a hair under 20.5" currently - up from just under 20" when dieted down a year ago (I did reach 20.5" when I was around 250lbs). They'll be at 21" by this point next year though. And yeah, I'm right around 6% & maintaining that for a while. Good luck in Sept - just worry about the mirror more than the scale and I think you'll do great.

Yeah, nothing drastic, but my arms are up a half inch from this point last year, legs up a full inch, waist down a half inch. I try to stay away from the scale. I just got to grow some balls like you and compete. Possibly the NPC Pittsburgh (where I live) in May. What show are you doing next?
