the pics give me good justice on my calves i train them about every other day heavy weight and lots of reps my legs and abs are my focus cause the are lacking

sometimes we might have some down time to workout but i just do it on my own time and any other time is just extra say swiming or some form of cardio

in the past i have not done any cardio but i am starting now i know that im not going to reach my goals by not doing it i stugle to gain weight as well but also understand that it is a long prosess and its worth the wait

hey bro. your progress looks pretty good. thanks for the comment. i work out 5 days a week and sups sometimes i take them but most of the time i just try to eat alot of good clean foods

whats up bro thanks for the comment lookin pretty swole guy! i try to get at least 1.5 grams of protien per lb of body weight a day sometimes i cant get all of it but i try lol

dude i hate my life right now ****in flightline oti bull**** been workin 12's and the commander told them not to work us more then 10 hours i hope i cant find time to him that gym next week haha yeah right ill be there later bro

training is great bro sorry it took so long to get back to you but i hvae been pretty busy lately i hope your doing well and that the training is comeing along did you ever figure out what you were goin to do about your supplements or what you wanted to take?

yeah the break will be a good thing i didnt want to take the time off but was kinda forced seeing that i workout on base and they closed down for remoduling but im getting sore again so i know i needed the break
