Why I Love It:
Everything else goes away when im in the gym. No stress. I love to look good and there is always a sense of accomplishment after a workout. Watching you body change is amazing. And you cant forget the pump "It's like cumming"

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.
"Arnold Schwarzenegger" The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.
Yesterday was one of those really good days in the gym. I started with chest and i was feeling really strong, doing better then i haveĀ in a while. I was doing much heavier weight with more reps then ussual. For instance 230 10 reps to finish on flat barbell press not all at once though im not...
ya i need to put my focus on the long run but it's hard since i just got out of a period of fast gains but ok. i take it you can work out during work like we can in holland?
hey man, thanks! At this point i'm trying to eat eat and eat but somehow my weight keeps at a solid 193.6 lbs so need to break the sealing. Ok so i should be good, i also work out that much, do you combine cardio?
Pumped or cold your clearly still progressing and that's what counts! Good luck "ripping up" further while maintaining (gaining?) mass - I'm sure it can be tough at times.
Hey John, thanx for that "inspire" listing and comment. Honoured brother. Wish you a great weekend and keep lifting hard bud. If u got some sparetime - PLEASE VOTE FOR ME AS THE BEST OVER 40 MALE BODY ON: http://www.simplyshredded.com/ best-male-bodies-on-bodyspace- 09-40-over.html
No problem man. What you've accomplished is amazing and I really appreciate the advice you gave me in the past. I still use it. I'm doing great. I weighed myself last night and this is the most I've ever weighed. Woo hoo!
A forced "layoff" can be frustrating, but if it leaves you hungry and anxious to get back at it for more that's a good sign, too! Good luck - you've made some impressive progress over the past few months and I'm sure you'll make even more in the next several.
A month off? I agree it's time to hit it hard again! But I'm betting the rest has left your body ready to grow and make some great strength gains. Get lean and good luck getting back at it!
