Tired of my warn out look and just entered my 30's. I have been reading a lot here on BB.com and MensHealth and became inspired and motivated.
Why I Love It:

My Wife and Daughter. It all or nothing with anything I do, I dont take days off because of holidays or because the gym might be closed.

I dont have any secret supplements. To tell you the truth, the only supplement I believe in is Food. Consistant workouts, Consistant Diet, and appropriate rest!
Both my wife (her bodyspace is judimax) and I needed a transformation and used Body for Life, which is a 12-week program. It is not going to be easy but at the same time it is not going to be so hard that you won’t be able to accomplish your goals.
