When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
I've been working out for as long as I can remember. My father was a professional boxer and all around athlete. In my youth I played volleyball and basketball but swimming was my love. Since I was raised by a boxer so exercise and self defense was mandatory and I am thankful for that.
I had my 4th child 1/9/09 and now it's finally time for me to work on me since I'm getting fixed :) Now I can really get my body toned and keep it that way!
Why I Love It:
My foundation in exercise has given me the ability to get myself and others in shape time and time again. I love seeing the cuts in my arms and legs...it's hard work but it's worth it...it's worth being comfortable in my skin.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror lol. My kids keep me motivated since I want to be around and healthy for along time. Plus I like really fitted and semi-reviling outfits and I just can't wear that if I'm out of shape :)
BB Accomplishments:
None Yet...many to come!

This opportunity to transform my body with the net watching is just the additional motivation I need to push past my plateau and reach my goal of body confidence and health. I want to look in the mirror and know that I worked my butt off and this is my reward. In addition to looks I have to...
Thank you so very much for your wonderful comment. I am incredibly proud of the accomplishments made by my wife and training partner (I agree and know that she is one gorgeous individual, inside and out) and look forward to her achieving even more great results.
I am looking to take my body to the next level and hopefully show people that 60 and over is still young.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
