Hey how are you? I'm doing good. Been training hard. Need to loose those last lbs I need and been taking the rapid cuts. Damn I sweat alot more with those :) So you're hitting the treadmill huh? jogging or speedwalking?
Well right now I weigh 118lbs and I'm trying to go down to 112 lbs if possible but I prefer to loose bodyfat or inches instead of the pounds. Unfortunately I haven't checked what my bodyfat percentage is. I'ts been a while

I hate running too. I can do all the cardio machines that you want but I hate running. I get bored too easily. I may start taking that hydroxicut for about 1 month. It should help
My goal is to loose 7 or 8 lbs of bodyfat. Unfortunately I had gained 5 lbs so need to cut that ASAP. And of course still trying to better tone. My arms are fine it's the hamstrings that I'm still working on
I definately know what you mean. I hit a plateau and I'm trying to figure out how to change my workout. I'm definately keeping the 45mins cardio but the weigths I have to change up. I also need to cut about 7 lbs of bodyfat.
