I started my current weight gain program at 65kgs back in May 09. As of the 14th June 09 I was 72kgs, so I've only got 8kgs to go. Bring on the pain! I thought this goal might not be attainable this year but I'm gunna give it my all.

interesting program - never tried the muscletech products. Have been on NO shotgun from VPX for a while as pre-workout, seems to help a bit. But i'm not, have never been, and don't think i'll be as cut as u are!

Yes... was happy to get there, until i looked at the mirror... i'm so much fatter than i was... know i now need to maintain the weight while loosing the fat... that's the next challenge!

Hey bro, training is very erratic nowadays. I'm just so busy with work stuff. But I do get to get some time in the gym on some days. I've been meaning to ask to if you had a calve program. I've been meaning to bulk my calves up. Any exercise that doesn't need a machine will be appreciated. How're things on your side, buddy? How's the training going? Are you done with exams for now?

Hey buddy. I just checked your weight out, its coming along quite nicely. I think that if you keep your abs, you won't make it to 80kg by December. But then again, once you hit 80 you're gonna want to get ripped anyway... so I'd keep the abs and slowly add the weight. Things are good on my side. I'm hoping to get my lagging chest to about 110cm by December, but that's not the easiest thing to do. BTW, do you have an ab workout? If you do, could you PM me. Thanks, bro
