1/ Was fat, lost the fat
2/ Got muscular
3/ Got good at karate due to fitness, got black belt 1st Dan
4/ Got very good at karate, asked to take 2nd dan november 2008
Must train mega hard, no excuses
Why I Love It:
The improvements
The fact i now im tough now in karate etc
The attention (dont deny loving it)

How I Stay Motivated:
I know that i must push out more reps than my opponent can.
If i cant do one last rep, i think of him doing the rep, and push out the last one, and another one on top of it to beat him.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping bodyfat from 24% to 6%
Gaining vast muscle weight
1st dan and soon to take 2nd dan Karate

So you have to be "HUGE" and ripped before you can make a smart comment? Taking supps is not always needed when you can get everything you need through proper food.

Start getting a lot more info in that brain. you've got a lot to learn. also get a haircut.
