Right now im close to finishing my offseason training, im following a 15 week powerlifter type strenght program, for the main three lifts, then follow HIT for everything else, mixed on with Compound/stretch/contraction. oh and sum doggcrapp stretching. Why wussup?
Hey bro i hope your are feeling better. heres sum good news, lifts for last week; squats-315 6 reps, deads-315 uhh lost count after 6 reps, db seated press- 80 pounders for 6 reps. i will beat those all dis week, a few reps for ur ass bro lol.
Haha you have no idea, nearly all the fat is stored around my waist area, and like nothing is stored around my back and shoulder area. I am on a cut though atm. Ready to get some abs out, and hopefully I have the physique I want by then. If not I clean bulk for a bit. Dont want to compete just look good and be really fit for the military.

yep that quit a bit of food u still can add lots more still pretty lean. im takin an average of 60g of carbs per meal. on my high carbs days its 100+ per
yeah jus wait in a few years u will never get the cold again. I only got it 2x since i began supps and diet.
