Looked like shit, got bullied, had comments about being skinny from girls, so i decided i was gonna get Hyooge!
Why I Love It:
Its my life, its my purpose, it keeps me going, its my only goal. It has saved me from so much depression.
How I Stay Motivated:
Imagining myself on stage whipping Phil heaths and dennis wolfs ass haha.
BB Accomplishments:
Got from 140 - 225lbs Went from 30lb bench press to 165 x 5 Started off with 88lb max deadlift and now its 375.

Right now im close to finishing my offseason training, im following a 15 week powerlifter type strenght program, for the main three lifts, then follow HIT for everything else, mixed on with Compound/stretch/contraction. oh and sum doggcrapp stretching. Why wussup?

Hey bro i hope your are feeling better. heres sum good news, lifts for last week; squats-315 6 reps, deads-315 uhh lost count after 6 reps, db seated press- 80 pounders for 6 reps. i will beat those all dis week, a few reps for ur ass bro lol.

Haha you have no idea, nearly all the fat is stored around my waist area, and like nothing is stored around my back and shoulder area. I am on a cut though atm. Ready to get some abs out, and hopefully I have the physique I want by then. If not I clean bulk for a bit. Dont want to compete just look good and be really fit for the military.

yep that quit a bit of food u still can add lots more still pretty lean. im takin an average of 60g of carbs per meal. on my high carbs days its 100+ per

yeah jus wait in a few years u will never get the cold again. I only got it 2x since i began supps and diet. If u bench 230 i will be pissed cuz u'd be too close to me haha. thanks bro Ive thought bout journal before, ive got some crazy **** to right about belive me, jus dont got the time id want to devote to it right now, maybe summer.
