Chest day:
BB Bench 3x5(heavy)
Incline DB 4x8
Flat DB Flyes 4x8
DB Bench 4x8
Shoulders:
Standing Military press 3x5(heavy)
Upright Rows 4x8
I BB bench twice a week and do standing military presses twice a week.(The reason I don't do a huge shoulder workout).
I have never had an ab routine. I get all of my core workout done in my compound lifts(squat, mil. presses, deadlifts, bent over rows)
