haha yeah it is slow but I've only been doing athetics for 6 months solid, had injuries come up recently and since age 11 haven't done any running or even sports until last year August lol so I reckon if I improve how I have so far, in four years it coud be a possibility...

thanks for your comments :) trying to strip my fat so low carb is the way for me at the moment. definately not no carb - you have to have carbs in you diet. good luck with your training too.
