When I Started:
How I Started:
I started because i was out of shape at the age of 15. i was too fat, so i decided why not try this iron thing. and i did, I was taking my workouts more serious as i was getting older.
Why I Love It:
It's relaxing, it's the only time of my day that i don't sacrifice for nothing. Even on hollydays i go to the gym at the morning, not because i feel that i need to go, just because i love it. There is no better feeling than looking yourself at your own eyes in the mirror before an exercise and think " you can do it, you have the strenght"
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking my own progression through the days. i watch some bodybuilding videos, helps me to keep motivated.
