Before After
Jan 1, 1998 Apr 26, 2009
16 Years Old 150lbs 6'1
I always was a real skinny kid. Eventhough I was a skinny kid I always worked out. My clients often think I'm Superman. They think I was born in the physical condition that I am today. Therefore, it's imperative that I post pics of myself prior to my transformation so that everyone understands how hard I work to achieve what I've achieved. Hopefully, you'll walk away with a feeling of empowerment. Realize that whatever I've done to change my life or body you can do too. Just Believe in Yourself. John J. Trainer of Champions

Ripped to Shreads!!! 156lbs
May 12, 2001
You know its funny. Back in the day I ate horribly and drank a lot yet, I always stayed in the gym. I laugh when I look at these old photos because at the time I thought I was soooo diesel. I always got a lot of positive attention from the ladies so, I thought I was the man. That's why I tell my clients, don't workout for the opposite or same sex, workout for yourself. Because the opposite or same sex will sleep with any fat, lazy, piece of sht. Your motivation has to be greater than someone else's opinion.

Super Shredded!!! 156lbs
Sep 13, 2001
I was so skinny. Look at how long my neck looks. At this time I'm working out at 6am everyday @ the New York Sports Club and I do at least 1000 crunches a day. I'm also drinking myself to sleep every night.

Mad Skinny in Manhattan
Oct 1, 2002
Mad Skinny in Manhattan I was having stomach pains and acid reflux all the time. My life changed forever when the doctor at St. Lukes Hospital told me and I quote, "If you continue to drink and smoke you will die." So I stopped drinking... and started lifting for real.

Wasted!!!
Dec 24, 2005
Wasted Again!!! It's not about how many times you fall, it's about how many times you get back up. I'm human, I have vices, I fail but the things that didn't kill me just made me so much stronger.

RELAPSE!!!
Dec 24, 2005
Relapse Again!!! Fell off the wagon, testing the waters, during Christmas of '05. Here I'm chillin' by the pool with a vod and cran and a Newport in Florida with the family.
