The feeling.. The feeling knowing Im accomplishing something.. The feeling knowing that I am better and can always improve.. Bodybuilding not only helps me with my body but it teaches lessons as well. Lessons I can use to be succesful in other areas of my life.

If they are serious, then I believe I am a beast. I have never tried squatting 540. The highest I ever went on a normal barbell squat was 440. But I put it in how many times I could rep out with 405 and it came out with that. I'm scared to try all that weight. Scared that it will CRUSH ME.....
How are you ? i would like to know how you managed to get this much muscle mass while looking so defined at the same time? could you send me your training and meal programme ? Take care of your self. thanks, frank
