DarthDoobz your 42????? no freakin way ! you look maybe 30! truly you have the fit body of 20 something! amazing! I started training at 29 and intensely at 33. dont take this the wrong way but you give me hope that even later in life like me I can still get the body I have always wanted. My training goals are to shred down to 10% then bulk then do my 1st physique comp. then new goals after that May 3, 2013 4:51pm

VillainChien 30 pullups? Hmmm, I think I'm at about 20 without bleeding. ;-) Well for the next year, I'd like to continue to put mass on my delts and legs (where I've been lagging). Genetically, I think I still can be 10% body fat and 185 lbs. I'd like to finally get there. But I've doing different programs on BodySpace, and I like it. Different methods help me learn. Ledhion Hey there dude! How are ya? -- Thanks for the message. Anyway, what about you? Any gains? New goals? What's your next step? -- I got until the end of Oct to get from 185 to 190lbs.
