How I Started:
I started bodybuilding, due to my martial arts instructor, advising me to increase my bodyweight! as I was always a very light as a young lad under 60kg!!
Why I Love It:
As soon as I started lifting, my body started changing! The feel of the gym was incrediable! I was bit by the BUG, and have never stopped since! (apart from injury)

BB Accomplishments:
Placing in the TOP 3 of the BNBF central championships and getting an invitation to the britain. Winners of the Britain get there Pro Card. Plus the judges telling me I have what it takes to win the britain. Stay tuned to the Brit show to find out more.

Ok guys over the next 6months im going on a Journey for 15 pounds of muscle, now this will be a controlled training, diet and supplement routine which I will outline as I go!

Its a plan I used a couple of years back and managed to pick up 11pounds of LEAN MUSCLE from, now bearing In mind...
