When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
High school football player and weightlifting competitor. Came to college started working at the university gym, became a NSCA certified personal trainer there and continue to train people there today.
Why I Love It:
It is my passion. In the gym I can focus only on improving myself and achieving my goals. It helps me escape from everything else going on in my life. All that matters is completing that last repetition. I am loving having such low body fat and the way it makes me look. Staying fit and healthy adds so much more on top of the body. Ladies love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being a personal trainer and fitting the part helps me stay motivated. Setting long term goals and the desire to compete helps me stay dedicated.
BB Accomplishments:
2009 2nd Place at Dexter Jackson Classic NPC Bodybuilding Teen
Routine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJqhJyP6tlM
For me hitting a bench of 300 lbs. and squatting 450 for more than repetition is a goal. Also deadlifting more than 500 lbs. was quite an accomplishment. The first time I dropped under 10% bodyfat was also pleasing
