I lived in a boring town and worked a boring job.. but luckily that job offered a discounted rate at the local gym which gave me something to pass the time! I've been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
Who doesn't love that rush of endorphins? I hit the gym daily, and when I skip I just feel like a scrub. I knew I was hooked when I started to love feeling sore after a serious workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wasn't blessed with great genes, so it's super important for me to stay in shape. I don't want to let myself go and have to pay for it 20 years later!
BB Accomplishments:
Give me time...

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not going near the weights at all, and when I finally did I just started hitting every machine possible, probably with bad form and messed up sets. I had no routine in mind.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Let someone who knows what they're doing show you the ropes!
We all need to relax and let go once in a while, and I just got back from a GREAT week of relaxation! I have been in Florida for the past week visiting my mother and it was great. Going home is sometimes the best medicine for your soul. It's hard being so far away from family, especially...
My current program consists of weights and cardio 4 days a week, and one cardio-only day. I give myself two off days, unless I'm feeling super ambitious that week. When that happens, I usually do a quick weight session (hitting each part of the body once) followed by light cardio.
I just stopped by to say hi and to wish you all the best. My wife and I truly enjoyed our visit to Bodybuildiing.com both the office and the warehouse. I also wanted to congratulate you on a job well done. It takes an enormous amount of hard work and dedication to achieve what you have achieved. Stay strong, focused and determined + the best is yet to come.
