How I Started:
I lived in a boring town and worked a boring job.. but luckily that job offered a discounted rate at the local gym which gave me something to pass the time! I've been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
Who doesn't love that rush of endorphins? I hit the gym daily, and when I skip I just feel like a scrub. I knew I was hooked when I started to love feeling sore after a serious workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wasn't blessed with great genes, so it's super important for me to stay in shape. I don't want to let myself go and have to pay for it 20 years later!

Life is NOT a dress rehearsal!
Adina has the best attitude! So many of us may struggle to reach our goals because we're fighting against our own doubts and fears. Adina wouldn't let any of that nonsense get in her way. She made an amazing physical transformation and works to inspire others everyday!
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not going near the weights at all, and when I finally did I just started hitting every machine possible, probably with bad form and messed up sets. I had no routine in mind.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Let someone who knows what they're doing show you the ropes!
Hey Jen, I have a friend who lives in Scottsdale and was wondering if you knew her. Charene Lemme? We met in a bad way being that I am in the military and her guy passed away this year. Let me know if you do. By the way, I enjoyed reading how you feel so much better about your day once you've left the gym; same here.
