Background
Played competative soccer most my life. Once I was out of highschool I worked out mostly for recreation: hiking, joggin, yoga, pilates but never anything too intense. The last 3 years I have been focusing on my yoga practice, getting my Yoga Alliance certification, finding my passion. It has helped me overcome so much; keeping me focused, at peace, energized, compassionate and loving towards myself and others. Now I am more active now than I ever ever been..along with practicing various types of yoga 4 times a week, I run hills, have started circuit training, and Deep Dance.
I feel more energized than ever and want to continue to push myself to achieve more. See what this body of mine is capable of! Hopefully a figure show next year!

End of my transformation!
Posted in Other : Apr 23, 2012 4:06pmSo the end of my long 16 week contest prep and 12 week Transformation Challenge is finally here! Whoaaa...part of me feel like it was forever and another part of me feels like I have no idea where the time went..It's almost a blur..those countless hours in the gym and in the kitchen...
I am extremely proud of myself...I hired a trainer at the beginning of my journey. I knew it would be difficult to eat more, lift heavy, etc but I knew I HAD to trust him, do what he says with my diet, give it my all in the gym, and trust the process...to block out those thoughts in my head that

And with just 3 weeks until my first step on stage I managed to stick to my diet and get my workouts in the midst of it all! Can't believe it's almost here....Here we go!
