Reading your comment this am - was truly motivating for me -- it seems that this forum, bb.com and the wonderful people at my gym are the two deciding factors that keep me going and support me- in what I am trying to do to my body and my mind-- it seems that individuals outside of the "box" so to speak, just think Im "overdoing it" LOL thank you Joey You Rock !! luv your back !!

Hey UKmuscle. thanks for stopping in :) Yeah I have been training hard. Slowly adding weight to the bar (not always to my top sets) every week. At the current rate I should be back to my old strength levels by mid summer! :) :)

My digi camera's battery is not working. I am down about 7 lb from the start. I don't really look much different yet, but wil get new pics up ASAP. Thank for the comments guys and gals :)
