come december im going to running some bioforge before i cut in janurary. should be interesting. i really like this serum, only thing i can sad bad about it is the price per tub. but man does it get the job done, a little jittery with the post workout dose tho lol

will rep you when i can, gotta spread more love i guess. Finally got my deadlift to 315 today. i got a few reps in, and im sure i still can pull a max of atleast 50 more pounds, well see in two weeks.

5x5 split is when you do 5 sets/5 reps for each excercise per muscle group. (example: deadlifts 5x5, bb rows 5x5, t-bar tows, 5x5, etc.) Basically all you're doing is 5 sets of 5 reps for each regular excercise you would normally do on training day. It's a great way to increase strength and power.
