How I Started:
I started working out in Middle School For football and wreslting. And kept it up but really wanted to start putting on alot of muscle about the beg. of last year.
Why I Love It:
Its like going to a diffrent planet for an hour and half a day. I just get in a zone and i love it there.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Wife for 1, the better shape she gets in I want to be one step ahead, alittle compation. 2 looking at all those Huge guys out there and i just want to get bigger then them and be the best. So thats what keeps me Moto.
BB Accomplishments:
Very depressed just got settled in from changing duty stations and got my work schedule down and just started lifting agian since Sept so 8 months off and i lost it all any motivation out there?

Goal (Long):
Overall im trying to add about 3 inches to my arms and 4 inches to my chest.. I also really want to get my 6 pack that i been trying really hard and it seems not way of poping out. So i will keep on working till 1 day i compete of just keep getting bigger and ripped so that when i go to some other country or some where else people go "Damn that dude is f*c*ing huge"
I am in the United States Marine Corps and i work out 4 days a week. Heavy Lifting and Cardio..Im trying to become a body builder and do everything right. But since i am in the military i have a standard of Height and Weight and because of my height my max weight is 165 i was 175 and i got down...
