How I Started:
I took weight training and fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and makes I look good without a shirt on. It gets my mind off the stresses of work.
How I Stay Motivated:
People who made great progress in their physique esp. the hardgainers keeps me motivated. Also when people mock me that I will stay skin and bones, that get's me pumping. I would definitely loove to prove them wrong.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally putting some muscle mass after 1 year tour in South Korea (Feb 06-Feb-07). I lost my weight from 122 to 102 lbs. I lost it due to the lack of exercise for 30 days of leave. I managed to get up from 102 to 104 lbs due to cardio (running) my unit does everyday. From Aug 11, 2007; my weight went from 107 to 112 lbs.

My deployment is over and since I returned to the US, I have not been working out due to military thing. As a consequence, I lost a 4 lbs. I'm now 108. Man, being in the military sucks since mission makes it impossible to make consistant work outs. I hope civilian life will...
