How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends sometimes 4-12 or 12-30
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Its new nice good people not too crowdedCons the need more equipment for guys like free weights and plate loaded machines would be better.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me Benching heavy escpicially when no one is around to spot
