Was sick of the way I looked and decided it was time to make a life change. So I started cardio and hitting the weights at least 3 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I love the changes Ive made to my body and I want to continue to improve it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching crazy videos of ronnie coleman hahaha. That and having a good gym partner.
BB Accomplishments:
Ive lost over 60lbs and have been mainting this for over a year so now its time to get seriouse.

I use to do alot of treadmill running but i opt to use the elliptical machines now. I will do some interval training every once in a while though.

Ran the bix at six tonight.  Its a practice race for the real bix in a month its a 7 mile run.  I was pretty stoked on how well i did ran all 7 miles in 69 minutes.  I was pleased for two awesome reasons A. I have nver run 7 miles in my life at one time and B. not a bad time for someone...
