ya it's hard to keep a schedule, but keep at it dude. you will be proud of it! No at the moment i'm doing 5x a week the gym but no time for other sports because i'm in pilot training. What about you? What keeps you away from the gym or other sports
currently i'm on N.O.Xplode of BSN but i don't like it, it tastes bad and i don't feel anything during training. Before this i had to good brands. MusclePharm and Revolutions. How often do you train?
o dude i know how it feels just had a week of stress aswell. Couldn't focus a lot during training but kept it going.
Training is going good, but have a pre workout supplement that doesn't work as good. Do you use supps?
