How I Stay Motivated:
going to the gym with friends, yelling out when lifting, think of arnold when i dont wanna go to the gym( LOL ) makes me get up off my ass.
BB Accomplishments:
lifting naturally for 2+ years, lifting more/bigger then people i know whom are on illegal substances(aka roids, dbol) dumbasses :).

FYI: Did you no you can make a supplement in America without it being tested? All it has to pass are the ingredients have to be legal in the USA, but other then that, you can put shit in your supplement you make and cover it up by using the term "propriety blend". which could mean you could only just be taking a pill that is filled with rice flour, but says "closest thing to anabolic steroids!".
So in these terms... who wants to start up a million dollar profit supplement industry with me?

but ive switched it up, im doing 4 week intervals. Not sure if this is workin though. ive always gained with my 4 day split,...
LOL since ur a guest ill leave a comment on my own page. i am actualy bigger then 2 ppl i know who have/and are on steroids. 1 stopped, and only gained 20 lbs, and didnt even get big at all it was pathetic, the other guy, im not friends with, but i know him he goes to my gym, he is about 5'4 and could be WAY bigger then what he is right now, he is more ripped than anyhting. but

ay man your got a nice physique but man there is no way that someone who is on steroids and **** are smaller than you there is no chance and if that is the case that you are bigger than him tell the guy to stop immediately
ya i'd always reccomend taking protein before and after workouts. I take 20-40 grams first thing in the morning. 20 grams about thirty minutes before my wokout and 40 grams right after. sounds good man... i'm liking the two a week chest workouts with one for strength and one for size...its going good so far. let me know if it works for you
no thats not too much, thats pretty much what i do. I just changed my workout though so i'm working chest twice a week now. One day i train for strength and just do low reps on flat bench, low reps on incline, and half reps. The other day i train for size and do reps of ten with flat, incline, & decline BB bench as well as dmb flyes.
there is a certain percentage but i'm not sure...i'd go by trial and error. maybe start by trying 175x5-195x3-225x1-205x3-185x5. see how that goes and find out where you need to raise or lower the weight
the first two sets (5-3) should be heavy but easy enough to get without a spotter, the 1 rep set shoud be your max or just under, and the last two sets(3-5) should be heavier than your first two and you should struggle to get it
i like 5x5 but i really like 3x3 and 5-4-3-2-1 for strength. Another thing that helped my max was the pyramid workout: 5-3-1-3-5. this is another good pyramid workout: http://www.strengthcats.com/py ramidpower.htm
ya definately bring it all the way down to your chest. Go fast on the negative so you don't waste strength,TOUCH your chest and explode up. Half reps between my chest and my halfway point really helped me, but thats becuse i struggled to get it off my chest but lockouts were easy for me becuse my triceps are pretty strong.
good luck. It's definately possible to gain a lot of weight in only a couple months especially at our age with all that test and fast recovery time. Every morning i drink a shake of whey to "break the fast" and thats usually it on off days. At night i eat cottage cheese or yogurt or drink some milk for the slow digesting casien protein.
ya i'm going to do a clean bulk until march or april and then i'm going to do my first cut ever. I'd like to get up to 260 on my bulk and cut to about 250 for the summer

It's a staple for me) and i'm trying out the GNC brand anabolic leucine burst, which is just a bulk leucine supplement with some caffeine and 3 grams of creatine. I haven't taken supplements in a while but this winter i'm gonna go all out
