Rebuilding
Posted in Training : Mar 20, 2011 8:24pmA prolonged hiatus has prevented me from working out more than twice a month for the past nine months. During this reprieve from what has been a decade-long endeavor to workout approximately 4-5 days a week, I have lost approximately 25 pounds, mostly muscle. My lifts have declined by approximately 200 lbs. each, so I have returned to my junior high strength levels.
