Thanks Bro! I am feeling stronger and better with each day I hit the gym. Getting back into shape has become like an addiction for me, and I am so focused on reaching my goal that I have a fierce determination. Keep up the fight, it is worth the effort.

Just saw what hope were your pictorials-1 in Reps, and pictorial in Feb MuscleMag-Very hot! I can't imagine that there would be another Ava Cowan. Keep up the great work, and some day would like your advice on some tips for me!

Thanks Bro! I appreciate the advice. I'm just starting this program and have only hit my 3rd week. I will be interested to see where I am at week 12. I can only hope I make a transformation close to yours. Looking strong Bro!

Did you change something in your diet or workout regiment. I actually read that I should be doing 1.5 hrs cardio/day for losing wgt. In addition started doing HIIT Cardio-sprint/walk/sprint for atleast 45 min.

Yeah Man! I'm still hitting the gym hard, and making some supplement and diet changes. I think I added more muscle the last weigh in hence the increase. But I'm starting to see some changes... how about you?
