When I Started: Jan, 2008
How I Started: Basically, I'll admit it! I'm a person who is not happy with what I have become! A Fat Ass! I now I am having health issues and self esteem issues. I have deemed 2008 "The Year of Me", and dedicating myself to self improvement physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Why I Love It: It has become a lifestyle for me. On days I can't get to the gym, I get pissed because I feel like it is a wasted day. It allows me to focus on me physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated: I look in the mirror and photos of when I was younger and in the military. I remember how things were for me before I got married and became complacent with my life. Now that I am divorced, I want to get the body back that I had when I was younger, and I read the 2008 contract that I wrote for myself every morning.
BB Accomplishments: To date, fasting blood glucose has remained under 110 with diet and exercise modifications. Have dropped my BF% from over 40% down to 24% so far.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My current 2008 goal is to drop my BF% to around 15% and add more lean muscle mass
Goal (Long): "2008: The Year of Me" the last 38 years I have sacraficed alot, and it has led me to my current state. In 2008, My goal is to lose 60+ lbs while building a more impressive physique achieving a goal weight between 180-200 lbs. Drop my fasting blood glucose to <110, and my total cholesterol to <200, and continuing throughout my life to ensure a healthier and happier life.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 80 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder strain-lasted a couple of days-Just simply rested shoulders and laid off shoulder press type of routines, used an occasional antiimflamatory (i.e. Motrin)

hey thanks alot joe! nice to be rollin downhill again chartwise sir. i switched up alotta things exercise-wise last week and i think i busted outta my plateau.think my body was adapted to my old routine; btw, i have a half tub of superpump 250 im not gonna use anymore, somethin in it is makin me break out and look like im 17 again! if u want it just pm me your adress and ill snail mail it to ya this week. be cool joe!!
